Once your needs, expectations and any budget concerns are established I will be happy to work up a quote on a per project basis. Preparation of your quote will take into consideration the materials you will be providing; logos, copy, images, charts, tables, etc. All of the details will be discussed. I feel confident that a fair and reasonable project price can be presented for your consideration.
The Creative Process and Project Workflow Explained (in a perfect world)
1. We meet/in person/telephone
2. Discuss your company background (further review of portfolio,
when meeting in person, if desired.)
3. Fill out the creative contact sheets-client will review information
gathered. (Payment terms/deadlines/approvals etc. will be
discussed at that time.)
4. Sign-off on the creative contact sheets.
5. Quote/Work Order submitted to client for review.
Sign-off on Quote/Work Order indicates approval to move
forward in creative process and understanding of terms.
6. Process will begin when all materials, to be supplied by client,
are in designer’s hands. Any delay at this point will affect the
deadline. Initial layout will be submitted to client for first review.
7. If needed first round of changes will be made and resubmitted
for review and approval sign-off. (This is where you get out your fine
tooth comb and review all materials and really proof responsibly!)
8. If necessary second round of changes will be made and
resubmitted for final approval and sign-off. (If further changes are
needed this becomes an hourly charge and will affect the quoted price
and deadline.)
9. Submit materials for final approval and client sign-off.
(NOTE: At final stage client has assumed responsibility for all proof reading etc.
If changes are needed we will discuss deadline and quoted price. Stage 8 is
very important) When signed-off client has approved the final materials.)
10. Files are provided to client upon agreed terms discussed
at stage 3.
